This Shipping Policy governs all delivery arrangements for orders placed on RoweGarden (rowegarden.us), operated by Rowe. All shipments are processed and delivered in accordance with U.S. domestic logistics standards.

  • Shipping Coverage

    We currently provide shipping services to addresses within the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer service to confirm availability, shipping costs and delivery time in advance.

  • Order Processing Time

    All orders will be processed and packaged within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your package is dispatched.

  • Delivery Time

    Standard domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. The actual delivery time may be affected by logistics delays, remote areas, bad weather or holiday peak seasons. We do not guarantee absolute delivery time, but we will track and update logistics information in a timely manner.

  • Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, product weight, size and selected shipping method during checkout. We may launch free shipping promotions from time to time, which shall be subject to the activity rules on the website.

  • Package Reception & Damage Inspection

    Please check the package appearance, outer packaging and items carefully when receiving the goods. If you find obvious damage, missing items or broken products due to logistics problems, please record the situation and contact us within 14 calendar days. Claims for shipping damage submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the logistics carrier, we consider the delivery completed. For lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, please file a claim with the local logistics provider. We will provide necessary order and logistics documents to assist you. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses you provided. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order.
