Return and refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from RoweGarden (rowegarden.us) and complies with U.S. consumer protection laws. Please read the rules carefully before placing an order.

  1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

    You may return most unused, unopened and undamaged products within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package. All returned items must be kept in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, labels and manuals intact, and must not affect resale. Customized, clearance, personalized and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the items have quality defects caused by us.

  2. Return Process

    Before returning goods, you must contact our customer support to submit a return request and obtain an official return authorization (RA) number. Packages returned without a valid RA number will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please attach the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

  3. Shipping Costs for Returns

    If the return is due to our errors, such as wrong items, defective products or shipping mistakes, we will bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label. If you return products for personal reasons (dislike, size mismatch, wrong purchase), you shall be responsible for all return shipping fees and related customs fees. Original shipping fees paid when placing the order are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Rules

    After we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they meet return requirements, we will initiate the refund within 3 to 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment provider and bank. We do not provide cash refunds; all refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  5. Damaged & Defective Items

    If you receive damaged, defective or non-conforming products, please take photos of the items, packaging and shipping box within 7 days after delivery and contact us. We will arrange replacement, full refund or partial compensation for qualified claims.

  6. Policy Explanation

    We reserve the final right to interpret this return and refund policy. We may adjust the policy content appropriately, and the latest version will be published on our official website.
